TOUR SUMMARY

09:00 Meeting with the guide in Petrozavodsk. Transfer to the husky farm (80 km from Petrozavodsk).
10:00 Upon arrival the musher will acquaint you with the history of the husky breed and safety measures. Afterwards you will see, how the dogs are harnessed. If you feel like joining this process, you are welcome to help the musher. After the dogs are ready you will enjoy a 2,5-km ride in the winter forest. You can try yourself as a musher or enjoy the ride just as a passenger.
After the ride you will get acquianted with reindeer and feed them their favourite snack, lichen.
Afterwards it is time to relax and drink a cup of herb tea with Karelian pies.
