How to Pay

Payment by credit card for a hotel or a package tour is simple and secure with InTourLeader Ltd.

Step 1
Send us your request by e-mail anna@go-karelia.com or using the request form on our website.
Step 2
Our manager will contact you to discuss all the details and will send you the price in rubles and the equivalent in euro or dollars.
Step 3
Fill in the agreement form, which our manager will send you, sign it and send back to our manager via e-mail. In the agreement form you will see sum for the requested services in rubles.
Step 4
Our manager will send you a short summary of the services with the price in rubles and a secure link. Follow the link to pay for the services.
Step 5
When your payment is confirmed, our managers send you vouchers for all the prepaid services via e-mail. You will receive all the necessary vouchers within 3 working days.
Cancellation policy
1.1. 5 and more people are considered to be a group. The cancellation report of groups shall be sent on workday before 5 p.m. (local time).
1.2. Cancellations of groups made beyond 30 days will qualify for a full refund.
1.3. In case of group cancellation the Principal shall pay expenses to the Agent, if information is received:
• 29-21 days before the arrival – 30% of the total cost according to the Principal’s request.
• 20-14 days before the arrival – 50 % of the total cost according to the Principal’s request.
• 13-4 days before – 70 % of the total cost according to the Principal’s request.
• 3 or less days before – 100 % of the total cost according to the Principal’s request, including transport expenses and other services.
1.4. In case of individual cancellation less than 7 days before arrival (the cancellation report is to be sent on workday before 5 p.m. local time) — 100 % of services cost according the Principal’s request (including Agent’s fee and reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the Agent).
1.5. In case no information is received — 100 % of services cost according the Principal’s request (including Agent’s fee and reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the Agent).
1.6. Group and individual tours are considered to be cancelled only in case the respective information in writing is available (fax, e-mail). Cancellation is valid in case Agent has confirmed it (fax, e-mail).
All credit card payments (including credit card information entry) are processed on the secure dedicated server of Uniteller processing center, which service is PCI DSS compliant. The safety of the service provided is achieved by a 3D Secure technology- a smart transaction fraud monitoring system that works to protect the confidentiality of your online payments.
