On the last week of February we arranged a fam trip on the Kola Peninsula for a group of tour agents and journalists from Taiwan. During 3 days we acquainted our guests with the major sights of Murmansk and with traditions of the Sami, indigenous Finno-Ugric people inhabiting the Kola Peninsula. We visited the first nuclear icebreaker Lenin, tasted traditional Sami food, fed reindeer, and took a ride on a dogsled. In the evenings we went Aurora hunting and were lucky to witness this mysterious phenomenon. The frosty weather, crispy snow sparkling in the sunshine during the day, and the northern lights above our heads at night made the trip a real winter wonderland.
